Mission Statement

Since 1984, Business Computer Resources, Inc. has been helping businesses and professionals solve their computer problems.  BCR, Inc. is a full-service microcomputer company able to handle all of your computer needs. Our associates can assist you in analyzing your hardware, software, and networking requirements.  We can also work with your local accountant or consultant in matching all of the components into a working system.  Once your needs are identified, we can sell and install one computer or a complete network system.

After installation, our technicians can ensure your system continues to perform at its optimum level through periodic preventive maintenance.  Even if you purchased your equipment elsewhere, our service department can help.  We can dispatch a technician to your site, or you can bring the machine to our repair facility.  Priority service is available through annual maintenance contracts.

Founders

John Simmons, Sr.

John opened Business Computer Resources, Inc. in 1984 with one goal in mind-- to provide quality service.  John was among the first group of microcomputer professionals who began their careers in the late 70's and early 80's.  With a background in small business, sales management, and accounting, he envisioned a tremendous and immediate need for this new technology.  Since opening BCR, John has continued to meet with clients personally and provide consulting and technological  assistance with network configuration and installation.

Alma Drumm

As co-founder, Alma brought experience in the corporate world and the field of education.  Having purchased her first PC in 1979, she is able to personally relate with clients about the use of office technology.  Alma makes sure that client calls are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
