Once your needs are identified, we can sell and install one computer or a complete network system. After installation, our technicians can ensure your system continues to perform at its optimum level through periodic preventive maintenance. Even if you purchased your equipment elsewhere, our service department can help. We can dispatch a technician to your site, or you can bring the machine to our repair facility.
As co-founder, Alma brought experience in the corporate world and the field of education. Having purchased her first PC in 1979, she is able to personally relate with clients about the use of office technology. With a Bachelor's Degree from USF in Business Administration with majors in Marketing and Management, Alma has the training to effectively manage the day to day operations of the business. Her MBA from the University of Tampa prepared her to work with our client's managers and staff alike. She has taught computer classes for Pinellas County's Adult Education and St. Pete College enabling Alma to explain computer jargon in everyday terminology. Alma makes sure that client calls are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
